Rose Ella Village opened its doors in 2006 and has been welcoming residents ever since. We love meeting new people and learning their unique stories. It is our goal to create an uplifting and warm atmosphere for our residents. We hope you will call Rose Ella Apartments home.

Rose Ella Village, is a family owned and operated business. Brothers, Wayne and Mark Anglin are natives of Stewart County, Tennessee. Both raised their families in Dover and have spent their lives serving their beloved community through business and church.
